I love going on the Riverboat Postman, I've been on it 4 times, I can't stay away from the yummy Anzac biscuits. It's relaxing when it rains, and pleasant when it's not too hot. Downstairs is air-conditioned with a bar. The ploughman's lunch is delicious and filling. A really great day out with a group or relaxing on your own. No stress.

A great relaxing family day out. Captain’s commentary was lively and informative. It was great to learn the history of an area which I’ve passed through on the train for over 40 years but knew so little about. A lovely lunch - the kids loved building their own sandwich from a gorgeous platter. Looking forward to doing it again soon with interstate visitors. With thanks to the friendly staff for ensuring this was a memorable experience.
Less than 2hr drive from Sydney's East to explore beautiful scenery that can only be appreciated from the river. The boat was very clean and handled the number of passengers easily. The crew were wonderful being relaxed, knowledgeable and ready to have a chat. The skipper's commentary was so informative the 3hr cruise went too quickly! Well worth the price and great value
From the minute you step on staff are helpful and friendly. The trip was faultless. Informative and relaxing. Lunch was nice and fresh. Would highly recommend this experience.
The whole trip was comfortable, enjoyable & captain was very informative. Staff were polite, happy, helpful and very professional. Morning tea & Lunch were well presented. We enjoyed our trip and will definitely recommend it to our friends and family.
We had a very pleasant and relaxing trip with The Riverboay Postman. The staff are pleasant and helpful and the narrative interesting. They served delicious Anzac biscuits with coffee and the Ploughman's lunch was tasty but somewhat lacking in imagination. All in all, good value for money and we would recommend it to our friends.
We’ve been meaning to do this for ages. Finally booked and went yesterday (16.3.21). A fantastic day on the river, with very informative and entertaining commentary. Excellent lunch, and drinks available at the bar. What a shame I’m having a ‘dry’ month at the moment. I saw parts of Sydney that didn’t know existed and people living there on the river. Book and go, you will thoroughly enjoy your day.
A great adventure with interesting information and humour. The meal was delicious and staff were very friendly.
