Visited yesterday, bought some lovely pieces. Nice friendly, helpful staff. Im down from the Gold Coast but will consider buying online or when I visit Sydney again. Oh, good prices too!!!

Really good selection of cotton and linen fabrics and the staff is knowledgeable. Online shopping service is also easy - be sure to order sample of fabrics before ordering online as they can’t be exchanged once cut. Parking in the area can be a bit tricky as it’s a busy road.
The remnant warehouse store is a great place to buy fabrics but I just want to warn anyone planning to purchase SKU: Retro Fleece, Marle Burgundy. I purchased a couple of metres and made a zip front jacket. I washed the fabric previous to making but after 2 washes it's still leaching dye. May be best not to purchase this particular fabric. I'm going to turn pink each time I wear it & will have to wear a very dark colour underneath.
My mom and I went to the store on 1/Apr/2021, and it is an unpleasant experience for us. To be fair, the quality of linen is adequate. But the staff service is unsatisfactory. We told the lady staff that we would like 10 meters of the linen. She confirmed twice with both of us before cut, and she cut a 3 meters piece. When I told her that we want 10 meters, she replied "you said 3 meters" in order to shirk the blame to us. She said either we can take another 10 meters piece together with the 3 meters piece, or we can take another 7 meters piece. As we need an entire 10 meters piece, we chose option one. So we purchase 13 meters in total. We paid the extra 3 meters piece because of her mistake. Let me be clear, what upset us the most is not that we have to pay extra ( it is not like we are unable to afford the mistakenly cut 3 meters piece). It is her attitude of shirking blame. The lady staff give us a frequent buyer coupon, but I don't think we will shop there again. I do advise the business owner to train staff to be more professional in works.
I absolutely love and recommend this place to everyone! They have the most beautiful selection of printed cotton as well as vintage and remnant fabrics! Customers service is good and everyone there knows about fabrics and sewing.

I would give zero stars if I could! I only visit this store because of its location. Given there are more availability in this suburb, I’ll definitely won’t shop in this place and tell others to do the same. The staff here are rude and pricing is inconsistent. Recently, I need to visit for the same product that I’ve bought over the last 3 months for an academic project but each time I’ve noticed it's priced differently! I’ve been told because they source the same thing from multiple suppliers, you’ll pay different pricing! I 've noticed that I was charged a higher price and complained. During the conversation, I've been told off that I should have taken a picture of the previous product that I bought to avoid confusion. Having previous bad experiences with this store, I always physically brought a sample of the product with me to avoid misunderstanding. On this occasion I got told off by a very forceful staff member in front of her other customers that I should have reminded her of the price that I was charged last month. The staff in this place basically don’t care about their customers and you’re always in the wrong regardless of your concerns. I was referred to this shop from a classmate but I always get a bad taste in my mouth each time I visit. I definitely won’t visit again. I rather travel further to other retailers who will treat you like a value customer. I don't know how this place trains their staff!
