Excellent service and range. I bought a turntable and had an issue, but Stephan 100% resolved them. Sometimes things happen out of our control but it's how you respond to them that matters. Great collection that gets updated regularly. This is what small businesses are about.

Bought a few records here a few weeks (possibly month) ago, vertically stored on a shelf untouched. Because of the previous experience with them, I trusted the label on it without checking the condition and also the cover looked excellent. Just had the chance to open one of them (too many records), and what an eye opener! I highly doubt if this is what "very good plus" is supposed to be and I've seen records marked as"fair" that looked better than this. I personally won't be coming back again and I highly suggest anyone sees this review learn from my mistake and check the condition before buying (or simply visit another store). The photos are taken after the records were cleaned with a record cleaning machine. There are certainly a lot more scratches that can't be revealed due to poor lighting. Oh, right, it's also warped :)
A great experience at The Record Store. My daughter & I know hardly anything about record players but love music, the staff were informative & welcomed all our questions. A wide selection of records that were very well priced, we have looked at many places.. Super happy to go back and will continue to do so.
