Absolute worst! Met Kylie once at the beginning of planning my wedding, no communication in between despite me reaching out multiple times, emails/calls/texts. And on the wedding day everything was wrong, colours were not what I had chosen and cheap tacky decor! So disappointing, if The Madison had not had Kylie as part of the package I would never pay money for this service. She had the audacity to send me another bill for over 1k after the wedding too.

Kylie and her team have created some amazing Christmas parties for us. Exceptional service and reliable. Kylie has also gone above and beyond to help us out when we have phoned her with a few last minute events.

Blissful Events looked after all of the styling elements for our ceremony and wedding reception and we could not have been happier with the end result. Such a wonderful and easy going team to work with, I would highly recommend Blissful Events.
Still waiting for my quote I requested over 4 months ago. Non-responsive to calls, texts and emails. Makes me wonder if she would even show up on the big day. Needless to say, I've sought services elsewhere.
Don't bother.... Never respond the texts or emails. Literally emailed 4 times chasing quote or more information in order to make a booking.
Definitely would not recommend this service! Contacted countless times, through Facebook, email and phone calls. Finally got through one time, to be told I'd be given a call back later that day-and NOTHING! Even now-months later!
Never have I been soo disappointed in a company. I travelled from the ACT to Sydney to meet with Blissful events. I went over numerous options for my wedding and advised the owner of the business that I was very happy with everything that I had seen and wanted to proceed with her. She advised that she would email me a quote within the next few days. I never heard from her again. After two months of leaving messages, emails, texts ect I have given up. I even emailed to let her know that if she could not provide me with a service to let me know as I would need to look at alternative options, however I was so persistent because I was extremely happy with the options I viewed. The poor communication has left me absolutely disappointed with the time I have wasted trying to give this company my business. I would rather go elsewhere and would not recommend Blissful events after this experience and bad service!
