I was on the hunt for some Acai and located this place as my closest. It wasn’t until I arrived one and a half hours before the closing time that the girl told me she was sorry but she can’t do anything for me as she is closing up now?? This confused me as I had looked several times online and told her that the advertised closing time wasn’t for another 1.5hrs - this particularly annoyed me as I had specifically searched for a place that was still open with plenty of time to spare. I would be a little more understanding if it was maybe ten or fifteen minutes as that’s fair but ONE AND A HALF HOURS EARLY? I spoke to the girl and explained the closing time had been misrepresented online. She then admitted she was able to make me a bowl? I assume she felt a bit embarrassed to have this lie called out. How is attempting to turn customers away good for the business?
Stood here for 20 minutes after ordering whilst everyone who ordered after me was served. The girls in the shop were too busy gossiping about the date they went on to pay attention to good customer service. Juice was average.
Delicious smoothies and juices. I recommend the Pina Colada smoothie.
