James Cavill and the team have guided us and been by our side over the past two years. We had a 3 Lot Subdivision in the City of Greater Geelong. Council and referral authorities were extremely difficult to deal with. James provided customer service over and beyond, providing strategic advice and assisting with the engagement of lawyers, holding council and other authorities accountable, and advising on cost / benefit analysis of the range of options available. I have known Tufan for over 10 years now.
