Best pizza we have ever had five stars

I've ordered a couple times thinking it'll be better then the last time. First time we had it the chicken was raw so we threw it out. Tonight my pizza and pastas arrived cold and yuck so threw them out. They don't seem to care about the taste or pleasing customers.

Quality food with superb customer service. They do have a variety of food apart from Pizza. Don’t forget to have a milkshake or an iced chocolate that comes with yummy creamy toppings. We ordered a hot stuff pizza and asked it to be spicy level 9/10. It was worth it.
The last three pizzas I have ordered have been undercooked both crisp crust and deep dish. In fact have had to throw them out.. I question the hygiene in the restaurant as I had a girl serve me with food handling gloves on covered in oil. Took my cash and handed the change back which was then covered in oil. Some improvements here are needed. They used to be fantastic pizzas but the standard has definitely slipped in the last few months.
