Very pleased with the quality of the rugs and the service. Amir is a great guy to work with and I found them very obliging when it came to replacing rugs that didn't suit our needs. They are also prepared to negotiate on price .

Very expensive and not very accommodating with returns. Use old school sales techniques that don’t adapt to real life situations. Be careful of your purchases as returns are limited to choosing from their expensive stock.
