Fantastic. Did a 30min private bath followed by 1hr aromatherapy message. Everyone was lovely, friendly and walked me through how my afternoon would work. Very clear instructions, i didn't feel unsure at any stage. Bath was lovely, beautiful room. Massage was great, very relaxing. Highly recommend.

Make sure to book well in advanced should you want to do multiple treatments in your order. The facilities are very nice and relaxing, the staff are very professional and the treatments are not rushed. You should come out all relaxed and refreshed. It can be very busy at the weekends and the evening retreat session are great during the week. Should you go for a whole day session with lunch you will enjoy a delicious two course brunch.

Well maintained spa facilities, clean, well equipped, and run very COVID-safely, with only limited patrons permitted at any one time in the so retreat. Meant that it was calm, not crowded, and relaxing. No children around, which was an added bonus.
It was really a refreshing treat for me and my husband. Lovely atmosphere, and friendly staff.
We were here with a group of 6 for an hour in the spa and sauna. It was clean well managed and very relaxing. Lovely
Decent spa, horrible customer service. The 38 degree hot pools were tepid. Apparently the heater was broken and they were stuck at 31 (definitely didn't feel that hot either). We were pressured into trying to stay and "enjoy the serenity" instead and were eventually offered a refund despite some sarcastic remarks from the receptionst. I had to send a follow up email later that day as this was not confirmed in writing as promised. Enjoyed the Hepburn Spa up the road though, would highly recommend!
Nice and relaxing experience, due to COVID-19 there were limited number of people and almost an experience of exclusive spa. Chloe was wonderful to work on my stubborn shoulder knots. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Overall, you will get a very pleasant experience with your loved one.
