Merry Christmas! Thanks so much to The Lobster Kingdom for the most amazing Victorian Rock lobster. Our original plan was to have prawns for our Christmas dinner, but with the arrival of your rock lobster, it took centre stage on our tray. It tasted so fresh and yummy, the flesh is tender and the flavour is simply amazing. Love the texture which complements our prawns really well. The texture of the green lip abalone are exquisite, adding extra flavour and texture for our homemade mushroom and egg soup. The Abalone beers are perfect, providing a perfect toast for an evening of festivities and JOY. Thanks a lot for allowing us to share the gift of food and drinks with our dearest friends. The quality of the produce was exceptional. The preservation of freshness was as if we had bought it off the boat. The Rock Lobster melted in your mouth, gorgeous texture and needed very little done to it. Really impressed by the Abalone as well. Have had interesting experiences trying to work with this ingredient in the past, but because of the quality of the product it made it a breeze to make a restaurant quality dish with some quick and simple cooking.. I was a little scared beforehand, but, it was easy to do. The Lobster Kingdom's product was top grade.
The lobster was absolutely delicious - juicy, firm and flavoursome. We cooked one half under the grill in garlic butter, parsley with cheese and the other half just thawed without any seasoning, both ways were amazing. Paired perfectly with the abalone beer as well. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
Thanks to the The Lobster Kingdom, I had the privilege to try out the most amazing, umami-licious and magnificent Australian Blacklip Abalone and Kansom Premium Abalone Beer. Delicious, heavenly, mouth-watering Blacklip Abalone served beautifully in our steamboat dinner, enjoyed thoroughly by every guest during my dinner party. Love the exquisite texture and beautiful flavour of the abalone filled with layers of scrumptious taste, and when combined with our soup and tofu with Korean seaweed, simply brings out the overall depth of the seafood. This is what a beautiful seafood dish should taste like. Those Abalone Beers (I had four of them) are simply superb - and I'm now a fan of this delightfully tasty drink that simply blends together the most flavoursome, rich, luscious and moreish dinner experience. It's simply unforgettable. I highly recommend The Lobster Kingdom for their most amazing feast. It's five stars from me (and I wish I can give ten stars). Thank You, and my guests and I are now a true loyal fan!
