Excellent! The staff were super helpful and lovely and very accommodating. Their recommendations were great and they helped me find the dress that I bought for my debutante ball. Would go there again/recommend to a friend.

This was the last store we approached on our bridesmaids and bridal gown hunt and it was certainly the worst! We selected two bridesmaid dresses ourselves and advised one of the ladies we would like to try them on. She said that was fine and went to greet other customers leaving us to find the changes rooms ourselves. We found what we thought was the change room and drew the curtains to then fit ourselves. We then heard a lady say “who is in there!” “Why are they in there?”. I opened the curtain to see if she was talking to us and she proceeded to open all the curtains while I was in a dress that did not fit properly and asked us to move to the appropriate change rooms as this was the alteration and bridal grown fitting room. I had to pick up my clothes and bag and walk through the store to try find the correct change room. I was embarrassed and disgusted with who I think was the owner of the store to treat a customer that way. She could have at least let me take the dress off and put my clothes back on. Very unprofessional and her presence was unwelcoming as she scouled at us. I will not be returning nor purchasing any of their garments. No one should feel the way she made us feel.
What a beautiful store, Ladies were so helpful and gave great advice, ordered my dress and it was here earlier than expected. AMAZING! would recommend to anyone!
Really helpful and patient staff, good variety of dresses. The only reason that I'm not giving them 5 stars is that they gave me a generic quote on alterations - as opposed to looking and seeing what actually had to be done to the dresses once I had tried them on. Other bridal services charge you for the work which needs to be done - other than a generic price!
The staff were rude. The only person there I would recommend is their seamstress. I would never go back here.
