Just got myself a helmet and gloves a few days ago and had a great experience Staff was friendly and helpful, helmet stock wasn’t the greatest tho I did get one I liked. The shop had a good atmosphere about it, was nice and clean and some nice bikes to look at and purchase if that’s what you’re looking for. I’ll be sure to return in the future if there’s need to. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area. Easy access and good parking available.

Terrible experience buying a new bike from them, lied to make a sale, he didn’t have any idea about the bike he sold me, the bike had even been started by them before I went to pick it up. Just greedy for the sale. Would never use this Honda shop again. Very unprofessional.

The service guy who answered the phone needs help, Rang to see if my bike was ready he told me he sent me a text to tell me. (like i was a idiot) Then loooked at my invoice, wrong person, wrong bike ,wrong contact details, Text the right guy, then have a go Saff on counter great . Supervisor get a grip
I got a price on a generator and they said it was in short supply and to put a deposit down. Than rang and wanted price on a larger one as it turned out that one was the last in Australia. To me that is dishonest.
