Wow loving the speed, Onsite support by technician Richard, he made the transition very easy, he also gave us a tutorial on Google Drive cloud, thanks so much you have made our lives so much easier & productive.

I lost my internet connection after a recent storm, Telstra tech support cut me off and then asked me to disconnect the cable I was talking on. We got a new modem after waiting for an hour at the Telstra Shop. The Telstra tech told me to disconnect the phone line i was talking to him on...whilst guiding me to setup our modem. Rick from the helpdesk had it all up & running in 45mins, home phone working too!

Needed IT support urgently while holidaying in Cottontree recently. On contact Rick Piccinich arrived within the hour and promptly turned our laptop from a sick old 4 cylinder Corolla to a V8 Commodore. He explained, in laymans terms,what he was doing and why.
