Yesterday I felt truly reborn. I attended the Reiki 1 workshop with a beautiful group of ladies. We laughed, talked ate yummy lunch /snacks & bonded. I highly recommend Annie and Sue as teachers and healers. Both had beautiful energy. The atmosphere was so peaceful . It is life changing. I got to give myself a self healing. We finished by giving each other treatment. It's such a gorgeous environment to be in. I would love to return to get treatments ,crystals and the mists.

I attended Reiki attunement 1 a few days ago. This was an amazing experience. Annie is the most beautiful loving soul. Her workshop is hands on, in depth, yet casual where you are encouraged to ask questions and participate. I feel confident in progressing under her wing and can’t wait for Reiki 2. I highly recommend her courses.
Beautiful little haven nestled in tranquil surroundings..as soon as I arrived I was greeted with warmth and friendliness from all the wonderful staff there. Massage was so therapeutic and Brad demonstrated in depth knowledge of the body and muscle. I would highly recommend this place if your looking for relaxation and energy renewal.
