Love their product selection here! I recommend doing a bit of research on what you need before going in store as the options can be overwhelming, the staff have all been lovely each time i’ve visited. Shout out to Mickey for the 5 star customer service. I recommend speaking to him if you need any recommendations!

I've been a Happy Herbs client for years, I buy some of my tea there, lotions and other products, and I have recommended many to go and check them out. It's been a week that my stomach hasn't been feeling good, on Saturday I set myself to prepare a nice tea (Dandelion root), while I was pouring some of the dandelion root from the bag container, I realised there were little bugs inside the bag, so many of them. Oh my gosh, and I have been preparing my tea with this for weeks. I bought this from Happy Herbs Newtown a couple of months ago, and the expiry date of this one in particular is July 2022. I have all my teas stored in a cool and dry place at home. Yes I am a tea person. And they are all in perfect condition. Except for this one. I have never seen anything like this. The worst part for me was, when yesterday Monday 30th of November 2020 I went to the Happy Herbs shop in Newtown, I explained all this and provided feedback to Adam, showed him the bag with the tea and the bugs. He didn't ask anything further, didn't take pictures or anything. Next thing he just smiled, giggled, and then said "I understand, but I don't know how you store the tea". I continued explaining, and actually thinking I might make a complaint. Then he calls his boss/manager over the phone, laughs, hungs up, and then he tells me giggling that "Yep as I said before, we don't know what happened, but we cannot do anything since we do not know how it was stored" WOW. The lack of care, lack of interest in knowing and understanding more, the lack of respect for not only a one time customer, but a regular client for years. You can only imagine the level of disappointment here. Working in the service industry, customer experience and customer satisfaction is always top priority and this type of treatment is just poor business practices. Will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone again. You lost a client.
