Usually great service but went to purchase an oven. Assisted by staff whho knew nothing about ovens and when I was eventially served by someone from that department, they did not offer any service in how the ovens actually worked etc. Ended up buying from Harvey Norman who had exceptional service.
Well organised store and helpful staff even though they didn't have what I was after.

Fantastic customer service. I ordered a new stove top online which was sent from Good Guys Penrith. Was delivered on time but soon discovered it wasn’t what we ordered. After calling them they recognized the error and within 90 mins one of the team there ( I don’t know his name) delivered the correct one to us in his own car and collected the other. Throughout it all the team there were courteous and only too happy to help. Can’t recommend them enough!!
