The customer service is terrible. I had an issue with my new Breville coffee machine steamer when I took it this to the store, I was told that it will take 6 weeks to have it replaced/repaired. Now, having paid for a fancy coffee machine we still have to buy our coffee outside for next 6 weeks. So much for a fancy coffee machine :(

We had a very good service from sales person Sunny who helped us to buy a fridge, he was not only knowledgeable was also very helpful and patient in finding us the right product which suited our need. Will definitely visit the store again for our future purchases

Unsatisfactory customer service from this location. Never had issues with the other Good Guys locations. Originally called a different store to organise an essential part that was missing from a oven I had recently purchased. The other store offered to give me the missing part from a box instore. Due to urgency in the matter with the gas plumber attempting installation and Lutwyche being closer to my house I was told I could try Lutwyche. I called Lutwyche several times between 9am and 9:15am on a weekday. Message said they were closed and only open after 9am? Finally got an answer at 9:17am. Sales member said she had no spares to offer and offered no other solution. Called another store who had no spares to offer either but said I could try the local spare parts supplier. Had no issues getting the part after that on warranty. So my 1 star is based on not offering me a solution on an issue that was not my fault, and not being available on the phone at the advertised times.

Purchased a fridge, microwave and a dryer in 2 separate orders - They never arrived. I had to continually keep chasing them up to find out where they were - Everyone I spoke to kept passing the buck "Oh the delivery company should call you" , "Oh we somehow lost your address" , "Wait, you made 1 order or two? We can't find the second order" - Absolutely pathetic. Their workflow process of a) a customer comes into buy a product and b) that product gets delivered in the time window specified is non existent. A truly, truly poor experience. Won't be back and will be sure to relay the dismal experience to friends and family

These good guys need to pick up their game! Couldn't locate an item the system showed they had. Took far too long for staff to decide they simply couldn't find it. Left empty handed although they generally have a good range of quality household electrical on the shelf.
