Disappointing Click and Collect Process I ordered an item using Click and Collect - we have just come out of a lockdown, so I thought it would be safer to shop this way. I notified the store that I was on my way. I then notified the store that I had arrived. I sat in my car waiting for more than 20 minutes with no sign of any staff members... I walked in the store to find it fairly quiet, with two staff members just standing behind the counter. I explained that I was waiting 20 minutes. The sales rep asked for my order number, opened the cupboard and got the item out for me. I could have just gone directly into the store and bought the item in the first place. What was the point of using click and collect? It’s disappointing because of the time wasted using Click and Collect - never again

The only Goodguys store we go to nowadays. We're closer to another store but the extra 10 min drive is not much compared to the time wasted waiting to be served in another local TGG store where the staff are grumpy all the time. Most staff ive come across @ the Capalaba store are generally friendly and upbeat about helping customers. I haven't seen any customer not being attended to. Recent purchase was a fridge. Sue was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent communication skills and was on point with her customer service.
Great store great presentation of products
Very polite and helpful staff. Me and my wife went there on a weekday, browsing for TVs and served by a staff called David. Very knowledgeable and patiently gives us very good advise. Highly recommended this shop! Thank you very much.
Staff at good guys Capalaba are great but i spent over 3.5 grand on a Westinghouse fridge/Freezer and had nothing but problems with it. they have come out about 4-5 times now and the most recent 4 days ago just threw out our whole freezer worth of stock and still getting the run around.
I liked this store because the sales people weren't invasive like other places when I want to quietly check my options. If I need assistance I would find someone and ask. Although it is hard to locate people for assistance in this particular store. So, we decided on a product without assistance and grabbed the box. Suddenly a sales wants to assist, now that we've already picked a product. Asked to get us a trolley we declined many times but ended up saying okay to the trolley (which are also hard to locate). Then the sales proceeded to take commission for the purchase when they did jack all, what a sneaky little snake. Ended up returning the product and buying else where
Eventually I found a sales person who was not on a phone. She was so helpful amazing knowledge of different makes of dishwashers. Excellent advice given. I would deginitely ho back again.
This is a big store with lots of products on display, which is really great as you can test them all out and compare them. Plenty of staff available here and willing to help. They make you aware they are available, but at the same time they don't pester you - there is nothing worse than having someone hover and bug you when comparing products, so thankfully that didn't happen here. Staff seemed knowledgeable when I asked them questions. If they didn't know the answer, they went and found somebody who did.
