A repeat visit from a 9ft Python seemed to necessitate relocation. Julia orgainsed it very promptly before it disappeared over the fence next door, I had 5 minutes hanging on to it by the tail before help arrived. A great job, these things are so strong

Very friendly and informative, responded very quickly to the call. 10/10 I would recommend, and will definitely be calling them again if we find any more slithery creatures around the house!

Excellent with animals, fast and professional. Her personality and charm makes us want to have more snakes that need to be caught! It was a pleasure to work with Julia and we are looking forward to working with her again!

“Snakes scare the hell out of me. Julia was fast friendly and reliable. Her knowledge of snake behaviour was first rate. She also did a wonderful job of explaining to my three year old that the snake was gone and he was safe. A first rate snake catcher!” John Unwin, Narangba

This woman is extremely unprofessional and causes undue stress and possible injury to animals. Her handling techniques and lack of professionalism both endanger the animal and people around her. I strongly recommend hiring anyone else, calling this woman is equal to chasing it with a shovel. Stop allowing media publicity to make someone seem professional when she is merely an actor

Panic set in when my partner called me at work saying that a very unwelcome brown coloured snake had made its way inside our small townhouse. After grabbing our 10 week old daughter and rushing outside we got onto Julia at 1300 CATCH IT. Within 30 mins we had Julia on the case, searching our house to end up wrangling with a very tame and non-poisonous tree snake. Although it wasn't an eastern brown we had originally feared, the relief from us was still the same! Thanks!
