I would give this mob a no score if it was available. Not only did they get my order for printed ear tags incorrect from my online instructions, they did not put my full instructions through to the supplier. I had to contact them via email and phone to get the printing instructions corrected. Also asked for tags to be put on organizers, That was not conveyed to the supplier. Further - the actual spelling of our property was incorrectly translated from our online order to the order sent to the supplier, so now we have a totally useless batch of cattle ear tags. On contacting Farmers Mailbox today, Joe was totally unapologetic, claimed he didn't understand my instructions, when I suggested he could have rung and asked me, he was rude again unapologetic and arrogant in his approach. I will find another supplier and I also recommend that others look at websites such as "Specialist Sales" fantastic service 2 day turn around and far cheaper on many products. Far from offering to correct the tags Joe denied it was his mistake and sent an image of tags that I had never seen, with the incorrect spelling. He basically was saying it was my error not his, until I forwarded a copy of my email with the instructions for the tags and - no errors on my email. He did not offer to get the tags reprinted, basically his response was "well not my error and what do you want me to do in a very rude fashion". I had to send 4 emails requesting the refund along with a reminder that consumer laws applied - what was ordered was not what was supplied. Have found a very good alternate supplier for the tags and would not bother with this lot again.
