I recently had my VHS wedding tape converted to USB and was pleasantly surprised at the amazing service I received. The team at the Digital Service was efficient and professional throughout the process. I was a bit nervous about how the quality would turn out considering the tape is 30 years old, but to my surprise the quality was amazing after some restorations performed by the team. They even provided me with a beautiful gift packaging, free of charge. I will definitely be recommending this service to all my family and friends. Thanks again!

I would thoroughly recommend this company. Very professional, easy to communicate with and I was extremely happy with the results. I had previously engaged a local company elsewhere for this job but it was a disaster and therefore I was really nervous to attempt it again. Good service at a fair price. Note that if your tape is a bit over the limit set (90m in our case) then a slightly higher amount is charged and many of our 90m tapes were over 90m for some reason. Still the price was competitive and no charge was made for 2 of our tapes (out of 13) which could not be converted. All tapes were just under 30 years old. It is great to see the old videos of our kids again.

The Team are amazing! They posted my items out yesterday and I received it today! On Christmas Eve! Shout out to AusPost too!!! They had even set me up with complimentary cloud access so I was able to view the work before the USB was delivered. Such great service. The files are great quality, honestly it turned out even better than I had expected so I am very pleased with the work. Communication is good too, if I had any questions or changes to the order, they were easily accessible via phone or email. Very happy with the service here and will return to convert the rest of my collection. Oh, and the prices are very reasonable and I believe the cheapest in town (especially when you catch one of their offers). Thank you David and Team!

I had 20 VHS tapes converted which were more than 30 years old. Despite how old my tapes were, I was extremely impressed at how the quality turned out. They also provided me with free cloud storage as part of their Christmas promotion which I really appreciate. I will definitely be returning with the rest of my tapes in the future.

RE adt post : 1. VICTOR , ( yes its unprofessional to use names as you did earlier with my husbands post ) 2. Our tapes - could be played on our old camera - BEFORE we sent it to you . Hence YOUR equipment must have snapped our tapes . 3. The other company could convert 6 tapes - ! all the tapes Digital service said was irretrievable!. How can you say YOUR team has done a good job ? Shame on you . 4. Please be honest and state the price we paid . I paid you 48 and not 40 for a terrible job on 2 tapes . ( I paid 100 for 6 tapes for a great job elsewhere ) 5. your condescending justification for shoddy work and service is not appreciated. A simple apology would have sufficed ..

I was very impressed with the service I received. They were professional and friendly throughout the process and I received my videos back in only 7 days. Not only did they work efficiently but they did not compromise on quality at all! High quality service and conversions. Would highly recommend!
