From the moment I sat down with Departure Lounge to discuss my next holiday to the bookings and then the exciting stuff- the actual holiday !!! I cannot express enough how amazing the 7 star service was. Lauren put together an amazing tour of Sri Lanka with our own personal driver, 5 star accomodation & excellent dining suggestions. Best holiday ever! The transfers were seamlessly coordinated and we arrived at the Maldives and enjoyed 7 nights in the most stunning accommodation. Our travel experience was incredible and we owe it all to the Departure Lounge Berwick. Thank you so much and we’re excited about our next trip recently booked through Departure Lounge. Sandra & the team are beyond fantastic. They are real people and there to help in any way shape or form. Weather you want to splurge or if you are on a budget they cater for everyone and every type of traveller. So easy to get in contact with, to book, to make adjustments and the final touches nothing is too much trouble for the team. The staff here are wonderful, Lauren helped plan my trip to New Zealand and was brilliant with suggestions and we had an amazing time. Was also very easy to contact while we were away with any questions or queries we had. Will definitely book here again!

Huge thanks to Sandra and Lauren who worked after hours in a mad rush to arrange alternative flights for our family when our Jetstar flights were cancelled with virtually no notice. Providing us with their after hours contact details was a huge benefit. The additional costs to get us on another flight ( over 3500 ) were paid by The Departure Lounge without hesitation to ensure it did not leave us short during our trip. That’s service! We’ll be back!!!
We have booked several trips with the Departure Lounge. The latest being a week in Seoul, Souh Korea, that was amazing. The service we have received has always been exemplary. Their knowledge and recommendations have always worked out to our advantage. Looking forward to booking many more trips with them in the future
