Chris and Catherine are the loveliest people to deal with in this industry. I got a house full of window coverings done 5 years ago and I used their service again recently to get a small ottoman recovered, and it was like catching up with family. The results both times were brilliant and of high quality. Catherine's decorating advice is spot on. Unfortunately the ottoman job took much much longer than expected from deposit to delivery.
Never called back. after reading reviews we worked out that they focus on the largest commissioned jobs first unless there is a quiet day. But you will end up waiting till that occurs it seems clear. Needs to be more even handed.

We had blinds and curtains installed into our house today and the transformation is unbelievable. When we first contacted The Curtain and Blind Factory we spoke to Catherine and from that moment we new that we had chosen the best company for our job. Catherine made an appointment with us and was there promptly, she measured our windows and doors and provided us with some great advice and suggestions which we greatly appreciated. The curtains and blinds were installed today by Chris and his offsider . The professionalism of these 2 was excellent . We love, love, love our new window and door coverings.
