Very new to brewing so was pretty clueless. The staff were more than willing to help and answer any questions, they made me feel very comfortable asking those questions as well, didn't make me feel as though i was asking something stupid. They also encouraged me to call them up if i had any more questions. Very informative and overall great experience.
