I received a missed call and a voicemail to call back. Called back literally 2 minutes after the missed call and was on hold for 40 minutes NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE!!!!!! HOW ARE YOU EXPECTING TO CALL BACK???? It is beyond ridiculous.

Thoughtful service indeed! STAFF was extremely kind and warm hearted, handing in the paper work to me with full of explanation. No need to line up again, always smiles and considerate, so proud of them and thanks again for your kindness. ‘Zero’ waste of time there. The best among any other countries you name it!!!

I took an early flight from Brisbane to Sydney to prepare some documents! All staff ( especially 2 female staff and a security guy ) are extremely helpful ! They were very kind and was given clear answers of what I have to prepare!! Thank you all !! I had good memories of Sydney thanks to them :)

I only found out today that they were unable to grant me a Visa because I was a Korean Citizen by Birth. The staff were very helpful in getting me through the massive amounts of paperwork as I needed to enter Korea within 2 months. In the end, I was able to submit all the paperwork within the day which would've normally taken around 2 months. By far the fastest time I've seen paperwork processed and squared away.
