More of an experience than just a place to visit! Either enjoy their multiple on-site roasted coffee blends and coffee's or learn how to select, blend and custom roast your beans all by yourself after some initial (bookings preferred) instructions. Then you can rock in and roast solo at very competitive prices your own fresh coffee beans. Not just boring old coffee shop experience and there is extensive food menu there apparently but was too busy to notice.

Awesome food, awesome staff, and THE BEST coffee in town. Not only do they brew it perfectly, but they've got the freshest beans because they roast everything in house! How crazy is that? Most of the shops nearby are using their beans, so why not go to the source?
I organised two friends to have a tour and roast some coffee at the West End, Brisbane branch of The Coffee Roaster today. What a fantastic introduction and exploration of coffee beans and roasting with Yves. This young man is passionate about what he does and that passion is infectious. The visit was a surprise for our friend's birthday - another man passionate about his coffee. Yves hooked us up with some very tasty coffees and after the tour of the facility, our friend was able to choose his own blend of green beans (PNG, Colombia & Guatemala) and set his roasting preference (underneath Yves' experienced eye) and proceeded to roast and then bag his own beans, using the Piccolo Chinook! I recommend this tour for ANY coffee enthusiast! Our friend was so surprised that this place even existed and we are all very excited to taste our personal coffee bean blend when we brew it tomorrow. Thanks Yves and the friendly team for making the day so special at The Coffee Roaster, West End!!!

Prompt service! I had a BLAT sandwich which was fresh and delicious, one of the best coffee beans: very smooth. Excellent environment and I loved the music they played. Books to read. Perfect Will Definitely visit again Strongly recommend.
