Pathetic!!! They had my coffee machine for 5 weeks promising part is on the way from overseas. In the end took it back and they said they will call when part arrives and that is coming from Australia. 3 weeks later was told part is unavailable and they cannot get it. Nick is useless and does not return calls. Keep away from this business.
