We went there for high tea. They have good views and nice furniture. Plenty of parking available a little walk away. The food was ok not great. 3 stars as nothing crazy good or bad. Its not bad doesnt mean its good.
A group of husbands organized a high tea for our wives at the Breakwater. They LOVED it! They all said the food was good and the staff made sure they had plenty of it and kept refilling plates. Staff were very attentive and friendly and our wives had a great time. Thanks Breakwater for earning us guys some serious brownie points.
At a party on Saturday night upstairs in the function room. Nice room with lots of space. Shame the view was blocked by the ferry. Staff were great.

Nice place to sit and enjoy a drink. Unfortunately staff can be rude or their policies are rubbish. I waited in line for a few minutes to get a happy hour drink, staff were standing around and not serving. It ticked over to 6:01 and someone came to serve me and would not serve happy hour. I told the lady I had been waiting and she said she wouldn't do it. Almost seems like they do it on purpose!
