I really don't like writing reviews like this but I don't know what else to do. I used Andrew's service to have all the roping done for my boat. Since it's been done, I've had multiple ropes snap and a cleat come off the boat because the ropes were not done to the right length or to take into account the wake. No problem! I simply called Andrew asking if we could fix it, and I would happily pay to get it fixed. For the first few months he kept saying parts were on order and he'd get back to me, and now he's not even answering calls or messages. I've had to put a temporary solution in place with my standard boat ropes and snubbers and the boat is moving all over the place. All I've been asking is to get the repair resolved and I've offered to pay. I don't know what to say other than this is incredibly unprofessional and I would highly recommend you don't use this company or service.

Andrew & his crew are the best in the business. Experts at all avenues of detailing, you should also see what he can do with teak! Don’t waste your money elsewhere, I was super impressed at how well he get my boat back to new!
