I’d like to thank Ross and his son for fixing a faulty motor for one of the blinds. They were both efficient professional and knowledgeable with regards to the blind set up in my apartment and they were also very patient in explaining what the issues were. Thank you again. Best regards Christian

Mid November got a quote for two blinds. When they were fitted one was made incorrectly, so another had to be made. I was told the new one would be fitted in 2 weeks. Heard nothing. Called back after 2 weeks and no one knew about the new order. Christmas time factory closed. Mid January I was told a scheduler would call to make a time. A week later obtained a date. New blind installed however installer had to cut down in length a blade in the blind to make it fit. Total time from measure to finish 15 weeks. Installer was not big on communications barely said anything.

Shocking service. Sent two emails (with full measurements, floor plan, photos) before receiving a call back from Karly (6 business days later) with a promise to receive a quote the next day. I have since followed up twice, 2 and 3 business days after, and still zero response. If you don’t want the job or don’t want to quote - just say so - it saves us all time.

I love their commercial, so I rang them for my blinds. Carly came and measured my window also gave me her practical advice. Then Nathan came with new blinds ! He was very friendly and installed very efficiently ! I appreciate Blind Factory ! They have amazing lifetime guarantee !! I am very happy with my new blinds, great quality ! Now I can have light with protecting my privacy. Highly recommended to anyone !!

I Have never used the blind factory. However, I love the radio adds. From reading the reviews, Shane and James both sound like handsome gentlemen i would have in my house any day. I hope i need new blinds soon.
