Hidden away behind the escalators at regent place, The Bee Lab is a little escape into the world of bees and honey. The little shop acts as a dessert cafe and a retail store for all things honey and is the perfect place to relax and chill with friends with a honey infused hot drink after work, school and uni. Outside the store you can find samples for some of their products and a jug of refreshing honey water. But inside the store, you can enjoy honey infused drinks and desserts which all use fresh honey products sold in store. I personally recommend the soft serve ice cream drizzled in honey of your choice topped with fresh natural honeycomb, feel free to take a disposable spoon and try the different types of honey before you order.
