I felt compelled to write this review as it is not every day that you come across extraordinary customer service like I experienced today from George and Leanne Mappas. George couldn’t do enough for me. He is knowledgeable and professional. Plus, the products in-store are mostly high quality. For this, you would expect to pay , but surprisingly, pricing seems reasonable. Glad I stumbled across The Battery Co.

Not a company I would recommend, or use ever again. I took a watch to them that was missing two screws, December 2015. The screws were going to be difficult to get as it was an out of date model, but they said they could probably get them. I went back after a month, and they said give us longer, I went back after 6 months, and they said give us longer we may have a source, I went back after a year and found they had broken the strap, they said they would fix it, I went back 6 months later, and they couldn't find it and said they would ring me. They did ring, said they had found it, but it wasn't fixed. I wanted it back as it was a gift from my late grandmother, he said he would fix the strap, leave the two screws out that he couldn't source and return it. He would give me a ring when I could pick it up. I am still waiting for that phone call, my guess is they lost it when they moved or decided to use it as spares. I have kept the receipt as a reminder of the watch my late grandmother gifted me. I have attached a copy of the receipt here as evidence.
