Ian and Jo had a real job preparing our house for sale. The front and back paving have never been cleaned and we have been in the house for 25 years since we renovated. They spent two days but would not quit until it looked immaculate. In addition they did an excellent job on our garage roof and skylight. After all that they cleaned the windows beautifully. We thoroughly recommend them for any job for which they quote. They are honest and have integrity. Qualities which are becoming increasingly difficultly to find.

Mint Property Services provide excellent and flexible service arrangements for a varying number of garden and home maintenance jobs. Ian was able to fit in with my country move and even sent me pics of the progress and completion of services. Ian & Jo have completely transformed my gardens ...front to back in the last few weeks - nothing is too much trouble... moving and transplanting etc and laying metres of mulch... they work hard and get the job done as quickly as possible. They have cleaned my solar panels, pressure washed my courtyard and I have a multitude of small jobs lined up for them in the next few weeks. Ian and Jo are a fantastic power couple. We get our lawns maintained monthly by Mint Property Services and the lawns and gardens look amazing thanks to Jo and Ian.They both do a fantastic job, great attention to detail.Front Garden looks beautiful thanks to Jo’s green thumb. We highly recommend Mint Property. Friendly service, and excellent all rounders at property maintenance.
Ian and jo did a external house clean also cleaned the driveway they do a top job thanks I we will be using there services again.
