So I travel about 8 times a year for work to little island in the south pacific. My big old bag broken after a flight OS, as I love the bag, I took it here 5 years ago and the bag was made better then the day I purchased in in 2008. They took about 2 weeks but I was happy with the output.

Called her and she encouraged me to bring my bag in and said she can definitely fix it. When I got there she advised it would take a week to fix. (silly me for not checking, but she shouldn’t have sounded adamant in the first place). Got to the place to pick up a week later and she didn’t entirely fix it, set up the code on the luggage and said “i wasn’t sure what you wanted so it’s set to ***”, she should’ve called me. She also realised the zip was still faulty and asked me to bring back upon my return trip. Would not recommend this place, she was difficult to deal with on the phone and she was rushing to push me out the door. NEVER COMING BACK.
I came with a faulty zipper but she tore it completely, and told me it cost 40 to fix it. When I asked her why she broke it, she got agressive and left the counter. She will break your zipper just to overcharge you. The bag itself costs less than 40. She is a scammer, I have a useless bag now because of her
I have been taking my Louis Vuitton here for years. I wouldn't dream of taking it anywhere else! Sometimes we have to wait. Life's like that. Just because we have nice luggage doesn't mean we get to be nasty. The majority of us were brought up with manners. Of course I wouldn't be surprised if I had to wait excessively if I had been nasty. I'm sure that this lovely elderly couple who provide a friendly service to us all have had their share of those customers. Perhaps you should take your luggage to Mr Minute instead.
Excellent repair of 3 bags. All are fixed like new for a great price. Great service from a very friendly lady.

Told me over the phone to bring my bag in straight away. When I did she told me it would not be mended for 2 weeks. Should have been told that before I drove from Morphett Vale. Could have then decided to take the bag at a more convenient time instead I took it home and it still isn't mended
