I was on holiday in Tasmania in January and needed some new runners! I came to this store and unfortunately it was a little busy so I had to wait 10 mins to be seen - it was worth it though! Billie helped me pick the perfect runners. She asked me about what I needed, what I found comfortable and what I didn’t, and while I was hesitant to buy because I was worried about hot spots and blisters after wearing them for a couple of days, Billie informed me there’s a 30 day return policy even if you’ve worn the shoes and they don’t quite suit your needs. Billie was an absolute super star and I wish I lived in Hobart so every time I need shoes I can go and see her!
