Don't Buy from this company, my mum brought me a 2nd hand washing machine from here. It had some draining issues, mum called within our 3 month warranty period to get the repair technician to come out twice, in which they didn't even bother turning up the first time nor the 2nd, and when we rang for another call out, he lied and said he couldn't find the place, but I was home the entire day and waited and I didn't get a call. Mum rang again to organise another appointment, and the owner said that we are out of warranty now and you will have to pay for the service and parts. He dragged out the warranty period so we would be one day out so we would have to pay. You are NOT a man of integrity and this will affect your business if you continue to treat your customers this way. What you don't realise is that Google Reviews stick forever and I hope this is a red flag to others not to buy from you. If you would like to redeem yourself and come and fix my washing machine under the warranty, which means you don't charge me, I will take this down the day it is fixed, your call buddy.
