After locking myself out of the apartment today With my 4 year old the building manager was rude, unhelpful and her behaviour horrific! Although she acknowledged that I lived in the apartment complex she said that she was unable to let me in without consent from the apartment owner. To add insult to injury I only needed access to the floor as I had left my door unlocked. The building manager was happy for me and my 4 year old Daughter to wait outside all day for my wife to return. My wife who is a doctor had to be called out of surgery and after the building manager did not answer several calls, my wife then had to call another office number where they continued to be rude however agreed to let me and my 4 year old in. They continued with the rude behaviour and my daughter missed her swimming lesson as a result of the tiny bit of power they held! I had a package stolen approximately 2 months ago, and instead of being helpful the building manager attempted to lecture me on building policy and it took approximately 12 emails for her to even check some footage. Not helpful Not friendly Incompetent So many places to live in Southbank so why would you put up with the rubbish that goes on here! We will move as soon as our lease is up!

Extreme rude property managers and the body corporate refuse to let us charge our electric car. If you have, or are thinking about an electric car avoid this place. The southpoint apartments property management have been rude, unreasonable and consistently behave unacceptably. Their actions caused us to be locked out of our apartment for 2 days because they couldn't be contacted. After we made a complaint about this they started unfairly targeting us. Recently, the body corporate committee also refused to allow us to get a power outlet installed in our car space to charge our electric car (we made it clear we would cover all installation and electricity costs). They also refused to allow me to listen in (not even partake) in their meeting to discuss this request because we were “only renting”, doesn’t matter we’ve lived here for 3 years. This meeting was publicly posted in the lifts so if renters aren’t invited then they should make that clear and not post an invite in the lifts. Update: a new property manager has just started. I have not had any direct interactions with them so can’t comment on them yet.
Beautiful place to live and facilities, but extremely rude office staff.
I am the resident of the apartment, since the apartment settled in 2017, I am start living here, the new management of the apartment not good, and the attitude of the manager very bad!!!!!!
