An awesome hidden gem off the main road! We had lunch and then was back for more for dinner! The pad thai was super authentic, along with the massaman Beef. For an entree size and priced Tomyum (perfect spice level) and Prawn salad was very worth it! Quite large servings especially 2 mains for a family of 3. Rice portions are big and the customer service is good. Busy restaurant, so make sure you book early and fast! (Many people were declined to eat in due to the high volume of bookings).

Stopped in randomly on our way through the mountains. Best find I've had in a while food was absolutely delicious, waitstaff friendly and happy, nice feel to the place... did I mention how good the food is? YUM. Big servings too!
The taste are what good Thai food used to be in Aussie, balance of sweet,sour, heat and saltiness, (not the overly sweet taste Aussie Thai) For the dishes we had over 2 dinners while visiting Blackheath I m definitely happy with them, especially Pad Thai probably one of the best I had for many years. Thank you for such for that. 5* for Pad Thai, seafood entry, Tom yum, roast pork with vegies. Less so for beef massamum - prefer a stronger spice taste. But reasonable good.
Unfortunately, our second dining experience ended up in disaster. 1. Their pre-oder online system and delivery option does not seem to work at all. Our pre-order, which was placed a few hours ago, was cancelled 45 min. before the delivery time. 2. No refund for forgotten items Later, we went to their restaurant, placing a new order for takeaway. After we got back home with the takeaway, we noticed they didn't place two items out of six. We phoned them and no apologies were given, but they simply said "Why don't you come back and get it?". We requested a refund, then they said they were busy to do so. They said they would call us back. We didn't get a call since. Conclusion: We don't think their floor staff have adequate ability of customer interaction at all.

We parked in Blackheath with mum for lunch... And decided to walk up and down the main street of shops then took a slight chance to walk up further away from the street fronts. Happened upon a rundown looking house that was a Thai restaurant. We took another chance and went into an empty restaurant for a meal. Great little surprise!! Totally enjoyed our food. Would definitely go back.
Quality food, not greasy. Fast friendly service and good prices. I'd love to be a regular.
