Great online ordering and fast service. Still have a human to talk you through specials, dietary requirements and explain menus. Prepayment ensured we could up and leave without any waiting at the end. Staff were also very friendly and engaging.

As always TGI Friday's never disappoint. Super tasty food and drinks and a perfect environment to enjoy with family and friends the best time possible. Meals always come fast and are very abundant. The staff is great, always friendly and ready for you when you need it. I strongly recommend the 5 Margaritas, delicious and refreshing.

Expansive menu, fantastic taste, massive portion sizes and attentive customer service. Great place to spend a couple of leisurely hours on a weekend night. Excellent bar menu as well.

Another great night out thanks to Adnan and his team here! The attention to detail and customer service that he gives is second to none. And the chocolate brownie is to die for. You won't be disappointed eating here!

Super duper busy today, was surprised when told it would only be a 15 minute. Came back before the text message was sent, and was seated not long after. I signed up for the rewards, as we had to order online, I personally really liked this, no having to wait around or try and catch the servers attention. Apart from the two meals not coming out together, it was tough to find staff to help you, but understandably, I don’t think they were expecting to be as busy as they were. Enjoyed my burger, it was yummy and the jack daniels dipping sauce. My husband also really liked the prawn and chicken fettuccine, everything came out hot and fresh. Heaps of variety to choose from.

There was a 15 minute wait, which was fine. We got a text to say our table was ready, so we went back and got our table. Our table hadn't been cleaned - there was a soft drink spill and our menus got soaked. We ordered on our phones, and were very surprised to see a 10% public holiday surcharge was added to our order. There was NO mention of this when we gave our details to wait for a table, or when we were seated, and NO mention of this on the menu!! If we had known we would have gone elsewhere. Unfortunately we had movie tickets so didn't have much choice. We were given water and glasses when asked, but one of the glasses was so dirty. We asked for a new one and the waitress seemed pretty embarrassed we had been given a dirty one. Food was prepared and served promptly, and was delicious though the fries were only lukewarm. Service was friendly, but the bartender had his mask down most of the time. Probably won't be back.

I went on weekdays, great place and service , the food quality was on top but the disappointment was in their cocktails we ordered! The amount of alcohol suppose to be in Those cocktail are cheated to customers! I think they need to learn from Clubs and pubs how they served with great presentation. cheers!
