What more can you say. Tesla-fan boy here. Always have been. Elon's a visionary. Staff great and willing to spend time to answer any questions you may have. Showroom is nicely laid out but missing samples of paint colours, interior trim and the like. It would be nice to do touchy feely so you can make decisions easily before committing to purchase of a Tesla. You don't get the same experience online.

Despite not needing much at all in the way of service after 2 years of Model 3 ownership, it's reassuring to know this new service centre is closer than the Brisbane one was. With any luck, the next time I need help from the friendly and helpful team there, my car will drive me there while I sit conformably with my thoughts, paying attention to the road only the legally minimum amount of time. At this point it's unclear whether my brand loyalty translates into furthering the mission to procreate in space and on Mars, or for simply boosting the price of Dogecoin. I can't agree with everything the CEO says or does because let's be honest - he's a bit of an oddball - but you have to admit the company makes a great car.
Great car. Unfortunately subject to LCT due to lazy politicians. Model3 is NO luxury car, just expensive to manufacture. However the shop, the guys working there and the cars are awesome.
Recently bought a model 3 from this dealership and the service was excellent. Bruce was knowledgeable and went beyond his requirements to make our experience effortless.

Had a remarkable experience with Rob. He took his time to explain all the features and operations within the Model 3 to my mother, who’s never experienced a Tesla up close. We drove both the Standard Range and the Performance Model 3 and as you can imagine - mind blowing! Rob was knowledgeable, patient and not pushy in any way. I buy 50 vehicles a year for my hire company and subsequently deal with ‘salesmen’ all the time, I felt as though Rob was the right person for Tesla and upheld their great reputation.
