The barrel in our ignition had collapsed. The Tech who came out was absolutely brilliant. Detected the problem straight away, pulled the dash out to get at the ignition, repaired and replaced what was necessary and we were 'back on the road' again. Knew his stuff, polite and courteous. Couldn't have asked for anyone better. And very reasonably priced. Can't thank him enough.

We had a problem with our caravan door and called Terry’s. said what time they would be there and how much. Nigel turned up on time to the caravan park promptly fixed our door ,very friendly and efficient. Would recommend them without hesitation. Cheers Jim & Judy
I booked Online and the entire procedure was seamless. I received a confirmation email immediately and later a text message to confirm my locksmith would be arriving within 10 minutes. Dave was punctual, friendly and professional. He was obviously experienced and completed the job quickly and expertly. He cleaned up after himself and I was pleasantly surprised by the price. Best service I have received in a long time. Running 20 minutes late but received a text letting me know. Job didn't take as long as they thought so they charged me 60 less than the original quote, I have never had this happen before and was impressed. Professional from start to finish!!!! Would highly recommend them.
