From working in an offfice all day; and travelling around 4 hours give or take, I spend a lot of my time sitting and had developed Sciatica, Lower back pain, Stiffness, and a slight curvature in my upper thoracic. Coming into Chiroflexion I was quite skeptical on the technqiue as I had seen many other chriopractors prior to. After 8 months of Flexion Distraction Therapy, I can safely say it is the best option I have ever made for my spinal health, the gentle technique and work that has been done on alleviating syptoms has been phenomenal, my Sciatica is pretty much gone, I find I am more flexible and have been able to stand correctly without any pain or discomfot, using a combination of coming to Chiroflexion and at home exercises I am able to move more freely and sleep more peacefully, knowing my spinal health is better than ever. The technique itself is quite interesting and the work that is done at chiroflexion is phenomenal, I would highly reccomend Chiroflexion to any body suffering from any forms of back injury or simply just to stay on top of Spinal and body health.

I saw Chris for 5 sessions in one week when I was on holiday in Terrigal. I was 13 weeks pregnant and suffering excruciating hip pain that had come on suddenly in my 12th week of pregnancy. Not many people wanted to treat me but Chris did and he did an AMAZING job at relieving the pain for me. On the Monday I could barely walk and my husband had to drive me to the practice door. By Friday I was walking to my appointments all the way along the boulevard from our hotel. The magnesium bath salts and small ribbed ball he gave me were life-savers throughout my pregnancy. I now have a gorgeously healthy 1year old baby girl and am very fit and healthy again. But I often think of that week in Terrigal (our pre-wedding-moon) and how much going to Chiroflexion helped me. I spent 3/4 of my pregnancy in pain bc of genetic hormonal issues, but that treatment and professional care from Chris was second-to-none and the only week I can say I had genuine pain relief.
