Had my tyre replaced. Alison is polite and helpful offering a good customer service. There is, however, an old man who is rude, unhelpful and aggressive. Be warned. Otherwise, good and efficient service.

Very unhelpful, albeit easter. Thought it was cheeky asking about the bridgestone catalogue buy 3 get 1 free. It's only a caravan. Anyway on Tuesday after Easter weekend I went to tire right and got fantastic service.
I have been there for changing my tyres. They have been good and helpful. After that, a few lights turned on on the dashboard and the guy just could not tell me why. Finally I found the problem later, it was apparently the alternator. I think it is alright for the quick servive (tyres, brakes...) but don't ask much more.
Professional, friendly, 10/10 service from the worker there named Bob who helped us fix our problem. On the spot. Great service from everyone else too. Thanks again and have an awesome year!

Last Wednesday went in with a blown trailer tyre. The guy that served us was by himself, it was the best customer service, he got the job done fast and really went out of his way to help us. If I was local I would definitely be giving them all my work. Highly recommend.
Whilst travelling we needed a new gearbox installed into our vehicle. Organised everything for the workshop including the gearbox and clutch assembly. To save on waiting we went back home and awaited for the repairs to be completed. Two weeks later they ring and say the vehicle is ready. Paid by card the same day and organised flights back to Tennant Creek. Arrived into Tennant Creek collected vehicle drove 2 Kilometers and heard a horrible nose coming from the repairs that had been completed. Took vehicle back to the Bridgestone Tyre Centre, asked them what it was ? Was told to remove the vehicle out of the driveway as they would not be responsible for any additional repairs. Shame on you !!
Great customer service and great price, pulled in with a buggered tyre and broken stud on the camper trailer, the staff were very helpful and did everything they could to get us back on the road as soon as possible. Thanks again.
