My experience with SMSF Property Capital and my investment has been excellent. It's provided me a great return that netted a return of over 10% per annum for me whilst I was involved in the product. The only reason I am no longer invested is that I needed the funds for an urgent personal matter. The team are professional and personable, and despite previous builders having let them down, they have remained committed to funding investment products through people, not through banks, and the social justice of this model greatly appeals to me".

I have an early investment with SMSF Property that has been going for nearly 6 years, the original target duration was 18 months. I and the other investors have lost money on this project. I have another with them that is also well over time and time is money.......be very careful and complete your due diligence appropriately

I have been very impressed with the product, having invested in the DIF (Development Investment Fund) via my SMSF. Returns have been very strong, and if it weren't for having to wind up my SMSF due to a change in residency I'd still be invested and happily reaping the monthly returns.

This is a great investment, the investment model is unique and delivers a great return. Great communication from the team at SMSF Property how the project is going.

I've invested in SMSF Capital's DIF product. All good - open, transparent, communicative and all promises and projected targets hit.

The Deposit Income Fund (DIF) investment has provided my SMSF with great returns (9.5%) since investing with it a couple of years ago. I enjoy feeling part of the developments through the webinars and other updates.

Hello smsfpc

Despite advice on not engaging with internet trolls (people who set up fake accounts and constantly harass and lie about their experience with our business) we believe in being transparent and open. So this is an opportunity to open the doors to those who wish to discuss their issues in person, at our offices, so that we can seek to understand and collaborate on how we can do things better, together. In any disruptive business that is being innovative in breaking new ground, there is always the risk of getting things wrong and making mistakes. Rest assured no one knows and feels the pain more than we do when this happens, but we are intent on learning and making good on these setbacks. That's what running an innovative approach that breaks the mould on crowd-based wealth creation projects like SMSF Property Capital is all about. Testing the boundaries to prove a better model that makes more sense for everyone, except the banks. So to those people who feel empowered by the internet and hide behind fake reviews and make untrue, malicious and defamatory accusations, we are hitting the reset button. We welcome the opportunity to explore with people who wish to dialogue with us reasonably, how we can make amends and improve, with the benefit of your constructive input. Moving forward, however, we will not tolerate further personal and defamatory attacks that jeopardise our staff and their families and legal proceedings will be executed without prejudice. So this is an opportunity to clear the decks and seek to understand how we can improve and bring value to the Crowd in an innovative and conscious way.

Still clear of this company, several developments have been going on for years. They initially gave you the impression they were experts in property development, but they now freely admit there not, as builders they had went bankrupt due & dubious soil reports which turned out to be for the worse. I want see a return on my money and may loose some, again my advice still clear , the only thing they are good out is telling you bad news & marketing to rob people of their money..
