Templestowe Vet has looked after our cat and dog for over 10 years. Staff are attentive and friendly. Care is first class. 168TS
They got the prescription wrong, they got the breed wrong. They got the dosage wrong. Extremely unprofessional and harmful. Never going to them again. I don't usually go to this vet but gave them a chance. I was truly disappointed when the vet proceeded to run tests on my dog without asking as I was asked to wait outside and charged me for all the extras that they added on. The reason for my visit was to get a prescription only and this vet decided that it was okay to quote me an amount over the phone and then charge me 4x as much to make some more money.
Very informative communication, easy appointment system. Thanks for taking the time to chat to our son and make him feel comfortable and most important for making our kitty feel safe. Reasonable pricing with annual care pack available. Super friendly staff
We had a 20 year old cat put to sleep a few weeks ago and we have just received a sympathy card from you with little paw prints of our beloved Lucy. Dr Andrew and the team at Templestowe Vet are awesome! Very knowledgeable, patient, empathetic and kind. Andrew is extremely positive, giving you plenty of reassurance and gentle direction about how to improve your pet’s health. Definitely recommend.
This is my local vet and I love the staff like family. They have your pets best interest at heart and care greatly about the health of all their patients. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr Harris and Dr Andrew are very competent vets and the nursing staff are also very good.
