Paulo my sales Consultant was very professional and personable, with a good knowledge of bikes and an authentic approach that sat well with me. Paulo made me and my wife feel welcome as soon as we first arrived at Triumph Sydney shop floor. Refreshing not to get overbearing and pushy salespeople but people who were as focused on ensuring the purchase was the right one for me, as it was for them, so good win-win. I had many touch points with TS staff who covered my needs relating to Price Approval, Insurance and Riding Gear. Friendly, helpful and engaged staff offering very competitive and quality products. Just bought a Street Twin from Paulo Lima at Sydney Triumph. Great experience from negotiation through to delivery. Paulo was professional and friendly and helped answer all of our questions. Found it difficult to source a new bike due to COVID-19 but they were one of the few dealers near me who had one in stock. Would recommend Sydney Triumph to anyone after a new or used motorcycle.

Awesome service and super helpful with making sure that everything with the bike was all ok. I ordered a 2019 Triumph Street Triple S which was in VIC, took a couple of weeks to get in, but was helped and informed through what was happening with the bike. Paulo and Phil were exceptional in making sure everything was in order and ensuring that I was able to ride home with the bike on the week that it arrived. Thank you for the great service and for being helpful with the whole process. Two thumbs up!!
I dealt with a guy named Paulo and he was an awesome guy. very professional and was willing to help me negotiate a price that suited my wallet. Also managed to get my bike delivered to my door which is really good as i live over 3 hours away.
