I've bought two rings from Temelli, my wedding ring and my eternity ring. Both were custom designed by Laura and James- they sourced hard to find sapphire pairs and hard to get sapphires for me so that I could choose from as many options as possible. Both rings are beyond stunning and suit my engagement ring so well. You can feel confident knowing they'll look after you well and make sure that you are very happy

Booked an appointment with John in Collins Street. Attended and was presented with amazing service, products and was not rushed even with two kids! We took some time to shop around before coming back to John again and asking for an alteration to a design he already had. This was done very professionally, promptly and pressure free and had plenty of time to answer any questions we had. From deposit to presentation the process was very smooth. I would highly recommend anyone visit this store as all staff are pleasant and professional in service. I’ll save the best for last to say the ring that was presented to us had meet every expectation we had and if not exceeded them.
