Grant was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and also gracious. Answered all our questions thoroughly. We were fortunate to have Grant as our consultant. If I could have given more than 5 stars I would. Whatever you do ensure you keep him on staff and assist him if he wants to advance his career.

From the time we arrived at Telstra we were treated respectfully and promptly informed of the wait time for the next available appointment. Jay looked after our enquiry which was involved as both my husband and I were updating our phones and had very different needs. Jay took into consideration our individual requirements and outlined our options thoroughly. We found Jay to be professional and very comfortable to talk to. We would recommend this store as we found the whole process from start to finish to be of the highest standard.
