What terrible service. Apart from the long waits and getting spoken to like an idiot, the “manager” of the store Gemma, was incredibly rude and had no knowledge of how to process anything or how to help. She had to run to the other girls for help. The business needs new management and processes to be customer friendly and not be so sales driven that they drive people away. Disgusting!

Went there to enquire about out account- The girl.was very abrupt and very rude. As older people she had no patience and was not interested in explaining issues. We have been with Telstra for 40 plus years, but not for much longer.

They are the worst. Because I was one minute late to my appointment, they decided to give it away. They then proceeded on with the appointment 20 minutes later to then find out that they were out of stock on ht Samsung S20. They were so rude and when I asked them to try and contact Telstra in Canelands, they lied and said they had a technical difficulty. THEY ARE A PHONE COMPANY. I highly recommend going somewhere else to buy a phone. I am so disapointed and thought that they were better than this.

After sales technical support non existant, they need someone there who specializes in that area, untill then youll be on your own with troubleshooting issues after a purchase. I wouldnt purchase here again.
