Made a booking to visit with a specific purpose but on arrival i find out they can't do what I wanted. Long story short Berwick is only a franchise store and tried to do something different that didn't work out. Had to go to telstra direct to find out what I wanted could have been done over the phone for free, they cancelled what Berwick store had done and fixed it all remotely

Today went in to try and get another screen protector fitted to my phone and left the Eden Rise store bitterly disappointed. I believed that being a Telstra Store your level of customer service should be impeccable but today was not so. All of the staff saw that I came in and did not even acknowledge that I had walked in. I understand that if your busy you have to do what you have to do but a simple hello and we won't be long goes a long way.......I didn't even get that. After 15 minutes of standing around waiting I left. The team that was on today really need to lift their customer service skills before I set foot I to that store again!

I received amazing service from Adam & Bill in helping me to change my home NBN plan. I had spent 3 1/2 hours on hold to Telstra support to try arrange what should be a very simple transaction. They were unable to assist me and after 4 hours I gave up. I called this store and Adam immediately sorted out the issues with my online account, arranged the paperwork for my new NBN plan and offered that I could come to the store to sign and provide photo ID. All of this was managed without me having to enter the store (under social distancing rules). I urge Telstra to recognise the very important role these local stores play in providing amazing customer service. Thanks Adam & Bill
